Anna Zadrożna (PhD, University of Oslo) is a socio-cultural anthropologist specialising in more-than-human studies, migration, and collective identity in Turkey and North Macedonia. She held postdoctoral fellowships at the Istanbul Policy Centre (Sabancı University) and the Centre for Migration Research (Koç University), and doctoral fellowships from TÜBİTAK-BİDEB and Sylff. An engaged scholar, she co-authored a documentary series on Istanbul’s urban ecology for HabitatTV.
